We place great importance on providing equal service to all customers and visitors, and on improving the service provided to customers and visitors with disabilities. We therefore invest substantial resources in making our website more accessible to people with disabilities.
Website accessibility
Making the website accessible is intended to make it more available, friendly and easy to use for people with special needs arising from, among other things, various motor disabilities, cognitive disabilities, short-sightedness, blindness or colour blindness, hearing impairments, and for older adults.
We are working to ensure that our website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) Regulations, 5773–2013, at the required standard level. We also implement the recommendations in W3C’s WCAG 2.0 document.
Changes and adjustments made:

- The website is adapted for display on a range of screens and resolutions.
- Navigation on the website is simple and clear.
- The website’s content is presented clearly, in an organized hierarchy.
- The website’s content is written in plain, clear language.
- All pages on the website have a consistent structure.
- Most images on the website have alternative text descriptions (alt text).
- The website allows font size to be changed using the Ctrl and + keys on the keyboard.
- The website does not use moving or flashing text.
Despite our efforts to make all pages accessible and to improve the website’s accessibility, some sections or features may not have been made properly accessible, or may not yet have been made accessible.
